Hot and Cold at Ballygally

Hastings Hotels Ballygally Castle has launched a “Sauna by the Sea” overnight package that combines a blend of cold water immersion and sauna therapy with a relaxing overnight stay.

Guests are invited to embrace the refreshing chill of the Irish Sea, with a sea dip just steps away from the hotel, equipped with cozy dry robes, slippers and a warm beverage.

Afterwards, retreat to a beachfront sauna provided by local partner, Scenic Sauna, where the warmth and views of the rugged coastline create a truly unique wellness experience.

Upon return to the castle, they can enjoy a fireside relaxation moment, followed by a rejuvenating hot shower and overnight stay in Hastings’ famous bespoke “cloud” beds.

Building on the success of last year’s popular “Sea Dips & Hot Sips” experience, this new package encourages guests to make the most of Ballygally Castle’s location on the Causeway Coastal Route.
