Wentworth Golf Promo

Tourism Ireland attended the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, promoting Ireland’s  world-class golf to the many golf enthusiasts attending. Four golf and tourism companies from Ireland joined Tourism Ireland.

One of the DP World Tour’s biggest golf competitions, the BMW PGA Championship attracts top players, thousands of spectators and international journalists each year. Tourism Ireland is reminding golfers that The Open returns to Royal Portrush in 2025 and that Adare Manor will host the Ryder Cup in 2027.

Julie Wakley, Tourism Ireland’s Head of Great Britain, said: “Our presence at this year’s BMW PGA Championship is an excellent opportunity to inspire golfers to choose Ireland for their next holiday.”
