Tree ‘Forest’ in Hotel Ballroom

Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel became a winter wonderland when its ballroom was filled with hundreds of real Christmas trees. On arrival, each family was given a Christmas tree tag and was invited to go into the ballroom and pick their own, real, full-size tree to bring home.  

Guests enjoyed a festive afternoon where they were treated to champagne, mulled wine, festive nibbles and hot chocolate. Santa himself made an appearance, much to the delight of the crowd who were also entertained by The Newbridge Gospel Choir and international soprano Celine Byrne.

Broadcaster Lorraine Keane officially turned on the lights on the Newbridge Silverware decorated Christmas tree.
