An impressive panel of contributors includes Richard Alexander, head of sustainable fuels at Calor; Brian Clarke of Convio AI; Steven Witt of Ecofast UK; Dr. Brendan Dunford of Burrenbeo Trust; Mark Anderson, culinary director, Gather and Gather; Roy Gillen of Gillen Markets; Joshan Maharaj, the chef and writer; Luren Hunter, commercial director of Impact Loop; Maureen Gahan from Bord Bia; and Wayne Beanetti, sales and marketing UK and Ireland at MKN.
The one day conference is organised by The Future of Foodservice and is brought to you by the Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance.
Speakers will address how AI will influence the future of foodservice; how emerging tech can help to cut waste, increase efficiencies, and lessen regulatory burdens on business; how operators can lead the way in building more sustainable operations by supporting local agriculture and stimulating local economies; and how shifting consumer expectations around flavour, provenance, and health are influencing menus, food concepts, and dining experiences across the world.
