Suesey Street Celebrates

Dublin restaurant Suesey Street celebrates its 10th birthday this October with a month-long culinary celebration.

To mark the occasion, the Fitzwilliam Place favourite is bringing back ten of the most loved dishes from the past decade, recreated by Head Chef Dino Savi?, alongside a one-of-a-kind 10th Birthday Signature Cocktail created for the celebration.

The 10th Birthday Menu is a nostalgic nod to the dishes that defined Suesey Street’s journey, chosen for their popularity by both diners and the team. They include Roast Turbot with Braised Chard, Lemon Potato, North Sea Shrimp and a Beurre Blanc Sauce; Pan-seared North Atlantic Scallops with Cucumber, Cauliflower, Borage Leaf, Red Chilli and a Yuzu Puree; and a Duck Terrine with Apple, Porcini Mushrooms, Spaghetti Squash, Foraged Mint Flower and a Duck Jus.

The current team of 22 employees shares a collective 80 years of service! Its longest-standing member is Restaurant Manager John Healy, who has been with Suesey Street since it opened.
