Pat is a ‘Food Hero’

Pat O’Sullivan, founder and CEO of Masterchefs, received the title of “Local Limerick Food Hero” at the Munster Regional Restaurant Awards in the Strand Hotel, Limerick. The National Restaurant Awards will take place in the Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, Dublin on Monday May 15th, when Pat O'Sullivan and Masterchefs will compete for the highly acclaimed National Food Hero Title.

Long established as an innovator of high quality food for the large events catering market across Ireland, Pat has recently embarked on the development of a 20-acre organic farm project in Ballyneety in Limerick which will grow organic crops and vegetables for supply to his kitchens and Masterchefs events nationwide (see Catex interview in “Corr’s Corner”).
