Montenotte To Feature English Wines
The Montenotte in Cork has formed a partnership with Gusbourne, the vintage English sparkling wine producer. The hotel carefully curated a selection of Gusbourne's sparkling wines to feature on the menus at Panorama and The Glasshouse.
Laura Rhys, Master Sommelier and Gusbourne’s Global Ambassador, visited The Montenotte to launch the partnership, and guests can now enjoy the Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2013, the Gusbourne Rosé 2016 and the Gusbourne Brut Reserve 2021 vintages.
Gusbourne is at the forefront of English winemaking, and its vintage-only sparkling wines are celebrated for their elegance, complexity and distinct expression of their Kent and Sussex terroir.
A summer promotion includes a Gusbourne-themed Wimbledon Brunch in The Gallery Suite, followed by a screening of the prestigious men’s final within the hotel’s private Cameo Cinema on Sunday, 13th July, featuring Gusbourne Blanc de Blancs 2013.
