Michelin 'Bib' for 13-Seat Restaurant

St. Francis Provisions, a restaurant with just 13 seats, has been awarded Bib Gourmand status by the Michelin Guide to Great Britain and Ireland.

Commenting on the Kinsale eatery, Michelin inspectors say, “This endearing restaurant serves punchy, daily-changing Mediterranean small plates, accompanied by all-natural wines.”

The team behind the restaurant is Head Chef Rebeca Recarey Sanchez, Proprietor Barbara Nealon and Emily Hartless, who runs the front of house operations.

In Belfast, EDO gets a “Bib Gourmand”, while Waterman features for the first time. EDO comes with a faux-industrial look and an international sharing menu, with many dishes cooked over wood. A bistro vibe is found at Waterman, where unfussy modern dishes feature European flavours, and Italy takes the lead.
