Lough Eske Castle Supports Young Talent

Lough Eske Castle hotel has been announced as a patron of the Irish section of the Young Chef and Young Waiter awards.

YCYW Ireland 2023 is open to the island of Ireland’s young chefs and waiters of 28 years and younger working in the hospitality sector. The winning young chef and waiter will go on to represent Ireland at the World YCYW Awards in Monaco on the 23rd – 24th of November 2023.
