Log Cabins at Wildlands

Fourteen open plan log cabins have been launched at Wildlands in Moycullen, Co Galway.

Situated just ten minutes from Galway city, Wildlands is an indoor and outdoor adventure centre located in twenty acres of mature woodland. A family business, it is  run by brother-sister duo David and Faye Bohan.

Wildlands offers fourteen detached cabins, designed by local architect Associated Design Ltd.
There are five different types – studio cabins, two-bed family cabins, large studio cabins, large studio cabins with kids room and a large accessible cabin for those with mobility issues.

All cabins are open plan and have rustic antique details including exposed rafts and outdoor decking. No two cabins are the same in design, but all have a fully fitted country-style kitchen. The living areas all include a Normende Smart TV with 44 channels and Netflix.

All cabins are located a minute’s walk from Wildlands’ adventure hub and the Olive Tree Kitchen, where the Bohans' belief in sustainability is carried through in the use of reclaimed wood and upcycled materials, much of which was sourced from salvage yards throughout Ireland.

David Bohan said, "Our goal is to make Wildlands the number one adventure destination in Ireland, and we will continue to invest in the business and our dedicated team."
