Killashee Adds ‘The Reserve’
Martin Heydon, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, joined David Kelly, CEO of FBD Hotels & Resorts, and Ger Alley, general manager of Killashee Hotel, at the launch of The Reserve at Killashee.
The Reserve is a premium residence with nine ensuite bedrooms that can accommodate up to 18 people, a dining room, boardroom for 10, library, living room and a large spacious kitchen area.
It is located across the road from the hotel on its own 4.5-acre grounds at Rathasker in County Kildare.
Outside, the former stables have been transformed into a private wellness area featuring a sauna, 6-seater hot tub, relaxation area with four Gharieni beds, and fitness area equipped with a yoga space, treadmill and fitness bike. The patio decking houses a BBQ area, and the surrounding mature gardens feature designated walks.
David Kelly welcomed Minister Heydon and thanked interior designer Liz Hart and architects Cantrell & Crowley for creating a welcoming, self-contained, sustainable and unique space.
