Keith Moves to Fitzwilliam

The Fitzwilliam Hotel Dublin has appointed Keith Thornton as Hotel Manager.

No stranger to five star service, Keith joins the team from the in-house, Michelin-starred restaurant Glover’s Alley, where he was General Manager for over two years. Previous to this, Keith held the role of Restaurant Manager at the Michelin-starred Cliff House Hotel in Waterford.
