Jurassic Summer at Newpark
This summer, visitors to Newpark Hotel, Kilkenny, can climb Ireland’s tallest playground tower, fly with the Pterasaurs and spot dinosaurs from above.
The new Jurassic Castle leads a line-up of new family attractions at the hotel. They include a scenic journey aboard the Jurassic Express Train.
Jurassic Newpark has expanded once again this season with the addition of a magical, medieval-themed playground where little princes and princesses can let their imaginations run wild. The towering castle structure provides panoramic views across the park — and might just reveal a dinosaur or two hiding in the trees!
Meanwhile, visitors can soar skyward on the Flying Pterosaur ride or climb aboard the Jurassic Express for a whistle-stop tour through time, passing life-size, roaring animatronic dinosaurs including the thunderous T-Rex, towering Brachiosaurus and lightning-fast Velociraptor.
The Dinosaur Trail, Jurassic Bounce and Petting Farm remain central to the Jurassic Newpark experience — encouraging young explorers to learn as they go.
