Industry Gathers at Lyrath
Tourism leaders, practitioners and influencers are gathering at Lyrath Estate in Kilkenny for the annual conference of the Irish Tourism Industry Confederation, which takes place this Wednesday (1st October).
Themed "Resilience in an Uncertain World", this year’s event has a line-up including Tourism Minister Peter Burke TD, celebrity hotelier Francis Brennan, Dalata CEO Dermot Crowley, Tourism Ireland’s Alice Mansergh, Economist Jim Power, Irish Heritage Trust CEO Anne O’Donoghue, Fáilte Ireland Chair Ruth Andrews and former Ambassador to the US Dan Mulhall.
The conference will be moderated by broadcaster Dearbhail McDonald, and keynote speaker Mark Little will talk about the intersection of media, technology and democracy.
