Tracey to head Failte Ireland marketing

Fáilte Ireland has announced the appointment of Niall Tracey as  Director of Marketing.


 A  Commerce graduate from UCD , he worked with Jefferson Smurfit Group before moving to Chicago and joining the DDB Needham advertising agency. After returning to Ireland he worked with Bell Advertising and then Diageo where he was Head of Lagers.  More recently, he has worked as a consultant for a number of leading domestic and international companies.  
   Fáilte Ireland CEO Paul Kelly said:“We had a very strong response when we advertised this post – which speaks volumes about Fáilte Ireland’s reputation – and we interviewed a field of very high calibre candidates. After a very competitive process, I am delighted to welcome Niall on-board.
He will bring a breadth and depth of marketing experience to our organisation and I am very pleased to have such an experienced and accomplished professional join our team.”
 Mr Tracey will take up his new position with Fáilte Ireland this month.
