IHI Honours Joan O’Shaughnessy
Joan O’Shaughnessy, the former chair of Tourism Ireland and CEO of Aramark Ireland, was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2024 Irish Hospitality Institute Founders Banquet in the Clayton Burlington Hotel, Dublin last night.
Fergal Harte of The Kingsley Hotel was named “Hotel General Manager of the Year” at the Hospitality Management Awards ceremony, which was attended by more than 500 industry professionals and leaders.
Fran Lawlor, Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, took the Hotel Deputy General Manager of the Year award, and other winners included:
