European Championship for Slieve Russell

PGA National Slieve Russell has been confirmed as the host for next year’s European Ladies’ Team Championship.

The European Golf Association awarded the event to Golf Ireland following a detailed bidding process. It will see 20 teams from across Europe in action from 7-11 July, in one of only eight PGA National designated resorts in the world.

This championship comes on the back of the successful hosting of last year’s European Team Championship in Killarney, where Ireland finished fourth.
