Demo Aids Down Syndrome

The Abbey Hotel Roscommon hosted a Festive Themed Cookery Demonstration which showcased some of the finest local food and wine suppliers in the region. The night was hosted by Executive Head Chef Alison Crean and MC for the night was Mary Claire Grealy.

The success of the night was down to the fantastic support of local suppliers and all those who kindly sponsored raffle prizes. The proceeds of €2,120 were presented to the Roscommon branch of Down Syndrome Ireland.
