
Colin Joins Airfield
Colin Brogan steps into the role of head chef at Overends Kitchen on the 38-acre regenerative urban farm of Airfield Estate in Dundrum, Dublin.
Colin brings over two decades of experience in the fine dining and hospitality industries, both in Ireland and internationally. In Dublin, he has worked at some of the city’s leading restaurants, including Spitalfields and the Michelin-starred Chapter One.
Internationally, his career has taken him to renowned establishments such as 432 Park Avenue The Restaurant and The Chandler Hotel.
Colin says: “I'm excited for this next chapter at Overends Kitchen. Being surrounded by a 38-acre urban farm right in the heart of Dublin means we have incredible produce at our fingertips.”
