CATEX, the national Catering and Hospitality Exhibition, opened at the RDS Simmonscourt today (Tuesday 18th February) and runs until Thursday 20th.

CATEX is celebrating its 60th anniversary this year, and to mark the occasion the organisers were welcomed to the Mansion House by the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Daithí de Róiste.
