Caravan Council Meets in Athlone
National Chairperson Patricia Doherty opened the Irish Caravan & Camping Council National Conference at the Athlone Springs Hotel.
The event drew a packed room of members eager to hear from a line-up of guest speakers, including Minister Peter Burke, Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment; Eoghan O'Mara Walsh, CEO, Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC); Brian Hanley, CEO, Alliance for Insurance Reform; Anita Murphy, Inclusive Tourism, Fáilte Ireland, who led a workshop on Accessibility in Camping and Caravan Park Experiences; Neil Rogers, Phoenix STS Ltd, who presented on Health & Safety Compliance for Caravan & Camping Parks; and Catriona Walsh, OSD Digital Agency, who delivered a presentation on "How AI is Transforming the Camping Industry".
