Bubbles & Pearls
For lovers of Irish seafood and champagne– the Bubbles & Pearls Supper Club will take place at the g Hotel in Galway on Thursday 22nd September, a day before the Galway International Oyster & Seafood Festival begins.
Head Chef Dominique Majecki will host the second of the hotel’s supper clubs in the stunning surrounds of the Grand Salon and will be joined by local seafood suppliers who will share their own unique stories and experiences with guests.
The evening will begin with champagne and seafood canapés on arrival and will be followed by a carefully curated menu which will show case the rich array of locally sourced seafood in county Galway. The menu will include dishes created using local seafood producers such as Mary’s Fish Galway, Dooncastle Oysters in Connemara and many more local suppliers.
Each course will be paired with a glass of Champagne Taittinger and Kevin McKee from Champagne Taittinger will attend to explain the pairings on the evening.
The Bubbles & Pearls Champagne & Seafood Supper Club is now available to pre-book at €125 per person. If you want to make a night of the gourmet occasion, the Bubbles & Pearls Supper Club package is available from €247 per person sharing, which includes luxury accommodation at the g Hotel on Thursday the 22nd of September, attendance at the Bubbles & Pearls Supper Club Event and a freshly cooked breakfast the next morning.
