Bright Future for Ireland's Culinary Scene

Culinary Arts students from TU Dublin created, cooked and served a gorgeous array of dishes Monday evening in Scholars Training Restaurant, Tallaght Campus, for a group of industry leaders including Micheline Corr of The Firm Recruitment.

This group of students from the Culinary Events module skillfully presented an eight course tasting menu fit for Dublin's fine dining scene. Credit to Ursula Donovan, Ita Holton and the entire team at Culinary Arts, TU Dublin on such a successful programme. With training of this calibre on offer, the future is indeed bright for the Irish culinary scene!
