Barton Rooms Re-Launch

The Barton Rooms Restaurant at Barberstown Castle has been relaunched.

During an event to mark the occasion, guests enjoyed a six-course dining experience curated by Executive Head Chef Pablo Bernardo and Executive Sous Chef Jeferson Silvestre.

The Barton Rooms Restaurant, housed in the original dining room of the house, is named after Hugh Barton who constructed the wing in the 1830s.
