Aimsir Seeks Chef Patron
As part of its latest phase of investment, the two Michelin-starred Aimsir Restaurant at Cliff at Lyons Hotel has begun recruitment for a new Chef Patron to spearhead the next phase of its development.
Current Chef Patron Jordan Bailey and Majken Bech-Bailey have decided to leave Aimsir to pursue new ventures.
The restaurant first opened in summer 2019 and was awarded two Michelin stars within four months of opening. Since then, Cliff owners Barry and Gerri O’Callaghan have committed a significant ongoing investment in the restaurant and its adjoining gardens.
Following the appointment of a new Chef Patron, the owners will also launch details of its new Aimsir Innovation Hub where they plan to create a new centre of excellence, with the goal of achieving a third Michelin star.
