Conrad Gallagher is to open a restaurant in Sligo, his second since returning to Ireland from South Africa last year. 'Conrad's Kitchen' will be based in the new Model Arts Centre in Sligo, which has been renovated and now houses the Niland Art Collection. The menu wll feature some of Gallagher's 'signature' dishes and he says that he plans to bring 'great food at great prices' to Sligo, which he says is a town underserviced by restaurants. He plans to divide his time between his Dublin rerstaurant 'Salon de Saveurs' and Sligo.


Model Arts Centre director Seamus Kealy says that bookings are already being taken for 'Conrad's Kitchen' which is set to open in September.
