Reports circulating in the industry indicate that Parkanasilla Hotel at Sneem, Co. Kerry has been sold to a group of overseas investors for around €10m. The former Great Southern Hotel which was most recently owned by Bernard McNamara comes with its own golf course.

Negotiations for the sale of Finnstown House in Co. Dublin are also believed to be at an advanced stage.
