There was 'One for Everybiody in the Audience' when 'Hospitality Ireland' magazine handed out its annual awards yesterday. A total of 69 awards were made in 23 categories at a lunch which followed the National Hospitality Conference in the Four Seasons Hotel.
Galway's new Michelin-star restaurant 'Aniar', owned by J.P. McMahon and Drigin Gaffey, was named 'Best Restaurant' and Ballyfin Estatee beat off competition from Harvey's Point Hotel Donegal and the Westin to take the 'Best Hotel' title. Killeen House Hotel Killarney won the award for 'Best Customer Service'.
