New accounts for Martin Shanahan's Fishy Fishy restaurant and shop in Kinsale show that accumulated profits increased last year by €117,927to €1.22m.
Mr Shanahan established Fishy Fishy about 10 years ago. It now has a capacity for 140 customers.
