A weekend of relaxation, healthy eating, exercise and meditation- entirely free of Internet interaction awaits guests at

Harvey's Point Digital Detox Break from 22nd to 24th January.
Under the guidance of internationally-renowned facilitator Keith Corcoran, guests will be invited to 'declutter digitally' by separating themselves from their smart phones, tablets, PCs or other digital devices which will be handed over on check-in and returned prior to departure.
Instead of tele-talk, surfing or social media activity, guests will be invited to communicate with their 'inner selves' at a series of mindfulness and meditation sessions and instruction classes. Keith will lead a group discussion on social
media and will guide participants on a 'Mindful Walk' through Ardnamona Wood, close to Harvey's Point Hotel. Special menus featuring healthy options have been created for the weekend and there will be ample time for relaxation, playing board games or just reading the newspapers.
Keith Corcoran is a 38 year old writer, international tour guide and community worker, based in County Donegal. Keith holds qualifications in Journalism, Cultural Studies, Irish History and Meditation Instruction and has over 15 years’ experience as a tour guide and walking group leader.
